God’s Reality Ministries is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 42-2253960) based in Texas, USA. We operate this website and two free ministry products — BibleReal (a free Bible reading and study platform) and RealApologist (a Christian apologetics platform). All of our services are offered free of charge. We do not monetize the Bible, sell user data, or place the Word behind a paywall.

You agree to use our website and products for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse any API endpoint
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure
• Impersonate God’s Reality Ministries or misrepresent your affiliation with us
• Use our services for any commercial purpose without prior written permission

Bible translations and study content made available through our products are sourced from various publishers and translation organizations, each subject to its own copyright and licensing terms. God’s Reality Ministries does not claim copyright over any Bible translation text. We serve only content that is freely distributable for personal, non-commercial study and devotional use, and we honor all license terms. Content is provided "as is" for personal study and devotion.

Some features use artificial intelligence to assist with Bible study and apologetics. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated responses are for educational and devotional purposes only
• AI responses may contain inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or errors
• AI-generated content does not represent the official position of any church, denomination, or theological tradition

The God’s Reality Ministries, BibleReal, and RealApologist names, logos, designs, and original software are the property of God’s Reality Ministries. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from them without prior written permission. Bible translation texts remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time
• Add, change, or remove features or content without prior notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily make a service unavailable

We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability.

Our services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, God’s Reality Ministries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of our services — including reliance on AI-generated theological interpretations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
